3) 24mths and up to 36mths=8.1hh or 33"

Section B or Small Horse: not to exceed 38" measured from the last hair of the mane.
1) Weanling 0 to 6mths= 34"
2) Weanling 6 up to 12mths = 36"
3) Over 12mths up to 24mths= 37"
4) 24mths & over = 38"
